Jams : ESAT Val de Sournia
The jam “Val de Sournia” is produced in the tradition of artisanal jammy: cooking in a cauldron with gentle fires. The production workshop is located in the town of Sournia, 45 km from Perpignan, and 530 m above sea level, at the crossroads of the countries of Conflent, Fenouillèdes and the valley of Agly.
Enjoying a mild climate and an exceptional setting, this farm produces certified organic farming, part of the fruit needed for jammaking.
In addition, these jams have another added value: a social and solidarity approach. Indeed for more than 20 years, the confiturerie is a workshop integral part of the Establishment and Services of Help by Work (ESAT) “Les Ateliers du Val de Sournia”. The aim is to give disabled people access to working life.
We are happy to support this approach

Olive oil “Mas Boutet”
Isabelle and Gildas are our neighbors! They are not from the agricultural world since Isabelle was a town planner and Gildas comes from the world of the sea and writes Polars. Two universes apparently far from agriculture. However, their common passion for an unusual tree, the olive tree, has encouraged them since 1999 to gradually revive a domain straddling the border since two hectares out of the twelve of the exploitation are in Spanish Catalonia. This work began by first restructuring the olivettes of the grand father, René Boutet, then developing the activity around new plantations.

Honey “Rayon d’Or”
The Honey “Rayon d’Or” was founded half a century ago, on a terroir still preserved from any polluting industry and “industrial” agriculture, destructive of bees.
